The Staffordshire Bull Terrier breed could not possibly have a better friend than DAYNA LEMKE. She has taken the versatility of this unique breed to heart and successfully participates in conformation, obedience, and lure coursing competition with her dogs.
Dayna has traveled to England, the birthplace of the Staffordshire Bull Terrier, to study the breed, attend dog shows, and glean as much information from the veterans of the breed as possible.
Dayna shows her own dogs and takes pride in the fact that they have of done exceedingly well. Her young male Ch. Slam Dance stood among the top winners in his breed in 1998. Dayna's female Heart N' Soul's Dance Til Dawn, CD, was trained and shown in obedience competition by Dayna herself and acquired her Companion Dog obedience title when she was only 11 months old. Dayna's DayDream kennel family has grown slowly, adding only quality dogs. Currently, there are two champions at DayDream and two more on the way, while others are being trained in agility and lure coursing.
A true devotee of the breed, Dayna is determined to give her beloved Staffords every opportunity to remain "the dogs that can do it all."
