SHIPPING OzPets uses Australia Post to deliver goods Australia wide. The delivery fee is calculated on the weight, dimensions and destination postcode of the parcel. All parcels are shipped via standard Australia Post from Victoria 3222.
Once you have become a member of the OzPetShop, the delivery fee or shipping cost for your order can be calculated at any time prior to checkout or purchasing. You have the ability to monitor the progress of your order from purchase to delivery.
OzPets offers "free" shipping for orders over $60 in Victoria and free for all orders over $150 in all other Australian states or territories. Shipping will be charged for heavy orders over 10kgs, but most orders don't go over the 10kg mark. All orders over $50 are sent by registered post through Australia Post, therefore must be signed for on receipt of delivery. If goods cannot be signed for at the specified delivery address, they will be delivered to the nearest Australia Post Office for collection. All registered post items can be traced through Australia Post once your order has been shipped.
Items (in stock) are dispatched as soon as payment has been cleared and delivery to major States and Territories and surrounding areas is typically 2-7 working days. For delivery to remote or rural areas please allow a further 2 working days. There is no weekend or Public Holiday delivery anywhere in Australia. PAYMENT OzPets products are shown in Australian dollars and are inclusive of GST. For international orders GST is automatically deducted from the total prior to payment. GST is 10%. Payment can be made by:

SECURITY OzPets uses SecurePay's Internet Payment Gateway, in combination with a 128 bit SSL encryption issued by GeoTrust, to provide a secure environment for the authorisation of credit card transactions over the Internet. Confidential information including client credit card details are encrypted the moment they are transmitted from the client's browser to the banking network using industry standard SSL 128-bit RC4 encryption technology.
A client's credit card details are not stored anywhere on the Internet and the only company who has access to this data is the merchant's bank. The bank also sends confirmation information via the same encryption technology back to the client's browser. These secure processes provide clients with peace of mind when purchasing online.
RETURNS OzPets will exchange any faulty item within 14 days of receipt of delivery and delivery charges will be covered by OzPets. Delivery date is considered to be 4 business days after the date of dispatch. Return of non-faulty items may be made within 7 days of receipt of delivery, however OzPets will not cover delivery costs and a 10% restocking fee is applicable. To exchange products, the goods must be returned in their original unopened packaging and be fit for resale. Goods that have been opened, used, tags or packing/instruction manuals removed, or goods sold on a "no return basis" cannot be returned, unless faulty. Return of special order items such as dog coats is at the discretion of OzPets. Please ensure you measure your dog as accurately as possible and if you have any concerns prior to purchasing please drop us a line to avoid incorrect sizing. We can not accept return of dog coats from overseas customers, so again please measure your dog carefully. Returns on all Clearance items is not accepted. Please note for all returns you must receive an authorisation/reference number from OzPets before returning the goods and this can be obtained by contacting us on business hours 03 5253 2552 or e-mail info@ozpets.com.au. All returned goods must be sent with a copy of the OzPets invoice as proof of purchase and the return reference number.
OzPets recommends that returned products be sent by Australia post and should be sent by registered or certified mail to : OzPets, P.O. Box 707, Drysdale, Victoria 3222 OzPets accepts no responsibility for loss or damage occurring in transit on return to OzPets. Goods returned by "Cash on delivery" are not accepted by OzPets, return postage costs incurred will be reimbursed to the sender if the item is deemed faulty once received by OzPets. |
