Aloe vera juice is used for its powerful tissue healing and regenerative properties. It soothes inflamed skin of the ear canal lining and speeds healing to damaged cells. Sea minerals are a concentrated sea salt solution which has both antibacterial effects, and a drying effect on suppurative ear discharges. Hydrogen peroxide is a natural antibacterial, and also helps to dissolve and dry moist ear discharge and excessive wax formation. Tea tree oil is well known for its powerful antibacterial and antifungal action, and can help eliminate the most common causes of ear infection.

Dr Syme uses this formula in his clinic as an aid to the treatment of ceruminous otitis (excess wax in ears) and mild otitis externa (external ear canal infections), and as an every day ear cleaner. Not to be used if inner ear infection or grass seeds are suspected.
